Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. PH Jili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet these requirements.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the PH Jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. PH Jili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. PH Jili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PH Jili will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify PH Jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
PH Jili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time PH Jili deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
PH Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. PH Jili reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.
PH Jili aims to process withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. PH Jili reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Note: PH Jili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. PH Jili is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

All games available on the PH Jili Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by PH Jili, the player, or any third party. Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
All bets placed on the PH Jili Platform are final once confirmed. PH Jili does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of a verified technical malfunction. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game round, PH Jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. PH Jili's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in connection with a technical malfunction.
PH Jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers. Where a game round is interrupted due to a player-side disconnection, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules upon reconnection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PH Jili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

PH Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH Jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PH Jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
PH Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.
You may close your PH Jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, PH Jili will process any remaining eligible balance to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable pending wagering requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
PH Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or account transactions, PH Jili's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. To raise a dispute, contact our support team with full details of the matter within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
